Description
This is something I've been working on for a few weeks for my demo reel, being a fan of Anime I thought the shape and design would be complemented by using a cel shader material, so far I think it's turning out well...
All detail is meshed, there is no texture work on it... hopefully I can finish it in a few more weeks and start on a few design... comments and critiques more than welcome :) Marc Eiland

This is looking fantastic so far. Can't wait to see the finished version.

The model looks awsome, but no textures? If I hadn't read your discription, I would have been 100% sure those were textures. It doesn't look like a problem, but it could have done just as well, and even better with textures. Then again, making textures is a whole nother skill ;)

thanks guys! Yeah, texturing is a skill that I'm not very good at... plus mesh detail is just fun to do even tho it quickly becomes a resource hog... I'm hoping to get the paneling done over the weekend, then I may do some simple texturing around certain areas... basically decals, insignias and stuff... high praise coming from all of as I've seen your works as well... :)

This is very nice. Exellent details.

Looks pretty cool! There are some minor issues (the cell shading looks a bit too strong on the more detailed parts), but the overall impression is really neat.

Good. Looks like something that could fit well in a sci-fi shooter vid. game. Also, the design isn't too aerodynamic like how some current sci-fi movie designers want to depict spacecraft in about the mid-1990s & onward, as opposed to the style of sci-fi spacecraft from the 80s.
