Description

I've come down with a cold, and what better way to spend this pause from the everyday, than to make the requested tutorial on my "layered terrain groundcover" technique. You can download it here (approx. 1.8 mb zip file, incl. a pdf document and two bitmaps): Groundcover Tutorial This image is just a demo of the technique, not to be considered "a fully worked through scene". It was rendered in "Ultra", 46 min. render. In "Final" rendertime was 8 min. ----- Strictly Vue, no postwork besides cropping the screendump. ------ Hope you find the Tutorial useful, and that you can see the potential from this picture. - Enjoy, Lars
