Yo! I'm Dawn, 29 years old, born in California USA. Yeah, I'm a Cali Girl! *eg*
I found this site totally by chance a few years ago... They should put up a warning label that says "Warning - you will become addicted to this site!" lol I'm a self-taught artist going on...oh...*pauses for a moment* almost 20 years. I find many inspirations - mostly by comic books and music, as well as other artist's works. I am totally into CGI - especially Poser, as well as working on my own artworks using Photoshop. I hope you like my works - I put a lot of myself into them. At the moment (beginning August 2007) I've gone back to school and I'm going for my AA in Art. For those of you who don't get it, it's my Associates Degree. Three years from now I'll have my degree *whimpers at thought of amount of time* Hey! If it will teach me more than I already know, great! :-)
Thanks for stopping by to check out my stuff!

ok right away im going to say that i see so much potential waiting to come out here. i see a lot of talent in the future because i know how styles Develop. i would highly recommend you buy or at least "Check out" burne hogarth's dynamic anatomy. so you can have more leverage, hm also check out bart sears for some REAL cool dynamic perspective on proportioning the muscles. and lastly the cross hatch is nice, not many people use corss hatch the way you do, check out brian bolland, another comic artist these people's name who i have mentioned have seemingly perfected their techniques. you wont find them here look on the net.

Great to see you getting into that inking. Already I can see a big improvement over the last effort. There's more personality in the lines. Looks like coloring is next on the agenda. Cheers.

Incredible work! I don't know if Hogarth's dynamic anatomy is such a good idea, as he simply "invented" his own kind of anatomy. Maybe have a look at some body building mags first and then compare with Hogarth (surely it is not an error to have a look at his books). Btw. I believe you already have a very good insight into muscle proportions! Keep up the good work, I'm eagerly waiting for more of your stuff :o) Bye, DOK

I don't know much about comics, but I liked this, especially the woman's face and I also like seeing things that ppl have actually physically drawn on paper rather than doing it on the com... Excellent :)
