Description
Well, since we are allowed to share C4 beta images here is my first . It is of a Dutch town called Oudewater. Everything was modeled and rendered in C4 or C4 pro . I made use of the Realistic sky as well as alpha planes for the leaves on the trees. Hope you like it.

agreed... I'm looking forward to C4... very nice modelling and texturing... is the water there really that green?

FWTemptest, I dont know if the water is that green, this image was based on a water color painting so alot of the colors are my impression of things. I tend to do this kind of water.

Sailor ed, the clouds are actually 4d clouds used with the realistic sky. There is an alpha channel which I placed a b&w texture map to remove everything but the leaf, I have color tmap in the color channel. I used this method to model the leaf instead of creating the leaf shape in the vm .

Fantasic image! I can't wait to get C4 in my hands! And yes, the water in Oudewater and the rest of South-Holland can really be that green! We even have stuff called 'kroos' which foreigners tend to mistake for grass. Mike, your work starts to resemble the old Dutch masters!
