BIOLike most artists, I'm never satisfied with my work and the drawings I've posted so far are the only ones I'm happy with (you don't even WANT to know how many versions of each of these pieces I threw out before I was happy with one). My heroes when I was growing up were artists like John Byrne and George Perez (comic book artists), Chuck Jones (of Looney Tunes fame), Disney story tellers/2D animators and the recent 3D animations of Pixar and Dreamworks. I have decided to take the plunge and start selling my artworks at various fantasy/sci-fi conventions around the U.S. starting in 2005!
I do commission work ... if you're interested, please visit my website for info, prices and contact information.: www.AgnesOlson.com.
I also have opened a Cafe Press store, if you'd like to purchase my artwork on t-shirts and various home/office merchandise! Visit: www.cafepress.com/agnesolson

these kind of pieces, sketched and painted in a way that can be defined as comic style, have their own criteria for anatomy that don't have to be realistic, by force. here you reach a great balance between realism and fantasy to me. Spot on once again.
