Description
Hi everyone.
Still learning Maya. In this one, I used only procedural shaders, there are no photo textures at all (except for the leaves transmap). Result: it was a pain, with my PC literally crawling, but now I know a bit better the Hypershade.
I wish to thank my friend Amir, aka aladingenius, because I took inspiration from one of his photos of Favignana (Sicily) for this one.
Thanks a lot for passing by and, as always, feel absolutely free (and welcome) to comment, criticize and suggest.
Have a great weekend!
Stefano :)

Stunning! Your lighting is, as always, incredible! This looks like a very inviting and delightful place to be, used but not abused and obviously well taken care of. Bravo!

Your modeling skills in Maya are very good...especially the stairs leading into the alley, and the bricks on the corner of the wall. Nice to see you post again too.

Just catching up on the postings. This is really excellent. I did have a look at Maya, but couldn't get to grips with it (lack of patience maybe). You make it look easy. Thanks for the recent comments on my stuff. Always a pleasure to get an ebot about you.

Fantastic lighting Stefano, makes me feel as if I'm there, you know how much I love the Med. Only thing that is a little distracting is the way the cloths hanging on the line at the back look a little blurred, compared to the detail and clarity in the rest of the scene. Apart from that little point I am greatly impressed with you continuing progress. 8)
