Artists Nightmare
Over last month i really had a bad time but
strangly enough it is allways inspiring for an artist to be emotionally torn.
Over the last weeks i modeld almost every day and did a render as often as i could..
most of them even reflecting my life in someway and the emotional processes (maybe hard to see but thats the way it is).
Well Major Django is me as you have guessed and he fights against his dark side (Skullpecker) , the losses he
has to take and the struggle to manage his life.
But he helps me a lot in working , on my mood as well as developing all the stuff.. and sometimes i feel myself drawn within
his universe and fighting the fights he fights..feeling his pain...which is lol...actually mine as i said above...
I have improved my work a lot lately, i have discovered looking over it.
In my eyes the render i have done yesterday is one of the best i ever did, actually i dont know how to top it at the moment.
So today i sit and stare at this blank page that somehow needs to be filled, urges me even to fill it ... demands it..
But all i get is a blank page ...and thats an artists nightmare.

Oh my...so I feel for this, have had this nightmarish feelings when I was at artschool and sat with that awful white canvas in front of me. But I owercame it by painting the whole canvas black, then i could start. So much easier with the computer, you can always start with a texture or something else.

I can sympathize. Since my "education in the ways of art" at college, my inspiration and creativity has been stripped from my existence. Now all I see are things that remind me of something else. It's the struggle to come up with something new in a world that has done everything. This leaves me sitting and staring at the blank page. The artist's worst nightmare.
