Having started 3D modeling around 2001 , it became an obsession. At first it was more like a hobby, but after some time, i started selling some stuff, mainly models and some animations. For developing 3D content it is helpfull if you create a story where the models are used as well. First you present them in the process and developing is easier, because you need them to get the story on. Those adventures also document my artistic development, i dont hide the bad ones. Enjoy them. Django

9,600 polygons for one hand!!! Good grief. You must have one massively powerful computer to render all those polygons. That design is coming along very, very nicely. Hope you have the energy to clean up that mesh. Fantastic work.

Wow Dj! This is amazing! The droid could is so intricate with details, and those 'blasters' are cool! Wonderful work on the background, lights 'n' shadowing. Love your 'stuff!' V (:

A vote - and I wish you luck if it will help - but in my eyes you already achieved perfection. Does the droid have to have hands? A lazy mans thought: why not just plug in blaster extentions to it's arms ... definately a Japanese toy solution. When it isnt blasting, plug it into a Mech - or spaceship ... or a vibrator. hehehe.
