This is a very ambiguous work. The top half of the painting is dark and with carefull and equal measure from each breath in which the painting is revealed going downwards it gets lighter and sweeter. it's very moody in ALL senses, it is circumspect and balanced in equation, leveling out all aspects of the basic body of human emotion. from that aspect i love it, but i would like to say a touch of white on the skirt (like the blouse) would have been lending favor to the luminent light of the moon. so instead of it being tapered down into basic neutral color, it would seem less like a paint by numbers, and more lending to an illusion that it did not stop there but goes on, that there is more LIFE. I dont know if you know what im pointing out here anyways, great work!, we are blessed to see this!
