Description

OK, AFTER I rendered this, (took apx. 15 hours because of the lighting), I noticed that the cloak seemed to be sitting on Vicki's shoulders like magic...not attached in any real way. So I had to paint a chain. It's not the best, but at least the cloak has a real reason for staying on now! Moral of this story??? Always render with default lighting to quickly check the ENTIRE image BEFORE rendering with HDRI lighting!! LOL ~* Credits *~ Daz V3 with Vali's 'Queen Esmerelda' face morph and 3Dream's 'Forever V3' texture. Celtic Arm Bands and Head Band by 5D ARt [RDNA]. GraceLion Hair by Quarker. Armor top from AwfulSoul. Cloak and pants from DAZ. Weapon from the fab FREE 'Rapheal for M3' package from: http://www.forgefires.co.uk/freestuff.htm Best Regards!! --Vicki

Wow! That is a real eye-catcher! One of your best works till know! The lighting is incredible - insane - absolutely wonderful fantastic! Ok, 15 hours is way to loooooong, can't imagine how hard it was for you to wait all that time. But the result is outstanding! The cloth combination is wonderful and the blurred background fits very well. The painting of the chain? Don't tell it - no one will notice that it's painted... ;) Very very well done! Feel free to do some more pics with this quality! ;) Oh, of course: VOTE

Wow, I think you did a fantastic job with painting in the chain. Mouse or pen/tablet? Either way great job. The scene is awesome as well!

Note to Fredy: I have a really kick*ss computer so I can do many other things as I render. If it's a long one like this one, I start the render at night, then allow it to run through the following day. I do all the other things I normally use my computer for all the while. Sweet, huh? LOL Note to Forevernyt: I painted with a mouse. I have a Wacom, but I have been using the mouse for 5 years before and just got used to it. So, I have a hundred dollar mouse pad! Wierd, huh? LOL Thanks all for the very nice comments - I really appreciate them. Best regards...

Everything blends together gorgeously! Especially her hair. She's quite a character, her face looks very real, almost reminds me of someone I've seen before, but can't put a finger on who.
