Description

Dedicated to all the Southern Californians weather forecasters and reporters, who react to the first rain in six months, about the same way Floridians react to a fourth hurricane in a row. ***
Rebuilt the structure after the hounds left. Spheres with volume clouds and a bit of postwork touchup, plus a little Luce filter for sunglare. My rain on 2d squares and made the floor design in PSP.
