Description

This is an actual place, you can go and rent a room! I saw it in a travel magazine on the airplane and stole the page, not thinking there might be more pictures online... so I made the whole render and only then looked it up. See the Neemrana site. Next time I'll search first, model later! Perhaps part of my fascination was the wonderful Indian food and community in London - try "Rasoi Vineet Bhatia" for the best dinner if you're nearby, but save up a few spare pounds... (sic). -*- Standard bryce primitives, booleans, trees. The stone textures are from Sonoma and Napa, and the sky is clouds I shot yesterday in a big storm here - don't tell anyone. -*- Thanks for viewing!

What, no beach? You gotta have a beach to lie on! ;) other than that it's quite livable, I especially like the cobble texture, I understand there are a lot of cobbled surfaces in britain....

Bageeuzus, it's beautiful! I love your architecture, it reminds me of Morrowind yet obviously much, much more detailed. And your materials are wonderful! The only thing I'd like to see different would be your sky. I know it's hard to make great, original looking skies with the Material Lab, but I think the resolutin and focal difference is very obvious in this scene? Still, it's just a minor thing, the image is perfect, regardless...
