Description

Combat veterans wounded in Iraq were left waiting weeks and even months for proper medical attention at military bases. According to an officer, their living conditions were so unacceptable for injured soldiers he said they "were being treated like dogs." The Bush administration, referring to veterans of the war in Iraq, told a House panel that they would avoid last year

This image is powerful ! Unfortunatly, I'm not american so I can't say nothing... Except that US begin to have a real collection of dirty wars in his history. A new vietnam? It seems yes ! Poor soldiers, poor guys wounded for the foolness of one man ! It makes me sad ! And this sentence of Barbara Bush is a shame !

Once again, your work is superb! Hopefully the US will have a new leader after the election and there can be a return to life 'away from dur Bush'. If Mary is the mother of God, then Barbara is the mother of Satan[s]. V

i understand your image, i also understand the VA has always been underfunded even though they have recieved a 40% funding increas in the last 4 years under president bush. as a somebody personally close to many serving military personel i agree this treatment should never be tolerated. on the comments side the trash being spewed by netsia and hoens shows a distict lack of understanding of history, credible facts and international studies. all nations have a collection of "dirty wars" it is the nature of projecting power. weather it be the french, british or russians. iraq is not like vietnam. each situation is judged on it's own merits and unique circumstances. hoens calls it the "foolishness of one man". the extreme ignorance in this statement is shocking. after 12 years of failed inspections, 16 failed UN mandates, and literally hundreds of ceasefire violations. not only the president but the entire congress reach a conclusion based on information that most of the intelligence services around the world reached. the president does not have the luxury of 20/20 hindsite and must act on the information he has at the moment he makes his decisions. i personally as an independant, after an exhaustive review of kerry's sentate voting record, hope for the sake of america he does not beat president bush in the coming election.

Nice picture. You didn't site your sources. If this is true then the Bush hating media would have been on this like proverbial flies on poop. So I seriously doubt your paragraph is true. Especially when troops are in hospitals in Germany 12 hours after being wounded in Iraq - CNN
