Description

Not all fly agarics (Amanita muscari) are perfect. This one has only little spots and is covered with some sand of the soil. Perhaps an animal that has thrown sand on this mushroom. Or would it have popped out of the ground so fast? Minolta X-700 (Fuji Sensia 100, 70 mm) Thanks for your attention and your always valuable comments

Hmmm, interesting...now i would have never seen this beauty as flawed! I see a sugar-coated shroom with chocolate sprinkles!! Been thinking about this subject a lot...about flaws and failure...how Jesus sees me is not as a flawed failure of a person but as the beautiful butty that I am! It's very hard for me to internalize this sometimes. Thanks for this...it's exactly what i needed this morning! BTW, excellent photography...you really picked up the details on this! I can see the "fingerprints" on the top of this shroom and am feeling the its textures that you captured so well!! A++++ vote!
