eischer-like? view of previous Marble on marble. two minutes later...sorry, i just read the notice on the front page of the "other apps" gallery. the modeler is Moray and the rendering engine is povRay. the source material is a cylindrical map of the earth. just GOOGLE planetary maps. select the ocean as an alpha channel and replace it with the material of your choice. i have no training, and no talent. if i can get results like this, so can you. 3d modeling rocks!!!!
