If its no photo manipulation: very very well done! I only wonder why anyone would make a piece of art that obviously COULD has been a photo (you could more easily make just a photo). I see other photo-realistic artists do the same, and I always hope they would make more surrealistic work. But that's just my humble opinion, just ignore it if you want.
