Description

Since everybody seems to have difficulties in understanding that my image Chris it is not photo, I'll post here some of the stages I've saved while I was working on it. No photos were used in the postwork, this is all poser and handpainting. There are ppl here who asked me to make a tutorial, well 6 years of Art Academy and a lifetime of drawing, love for all forms of art and patience- this is my tutorial !

It just astounds me how real you make your pictures look. I'ts easy to mistake them for photos.

lol look close at the eyes in the first picture then the eyes in the second picture the same applies with the nose and mouth and so on.first its a photo of eyes applied over arender then a photo of a nose and mouth done the same thats pathetic not only that someone would try to get away with that but how many people believe it but hey if it is really a render well congrats on years of photography work then suddenly becoming a poser master overnight lol

Your work was referenced over at the Bryce forum. All I can say is "Bravo" and "Amazing"

Some people just won't believe their eyes....Forget them..ignore them and put them to shame by doing what you are doing, especially as most of them appear to have no art work on display for anyone to pass comment on. I wish I could get my hand and eye co ordination to work as well on the PC.I have better luck painting in RL than on the computer..but I will persevere.Which brings me to the point that when I find someone who has more talent and skill than I do I don't think because I can't do it,it can't possibly be real art work.Instead I think to myself that IF I persevere I may possibly get as good eventually.I'd rather be inspired than jealous.

what i like about this is it demonstrates what a great tool poser is. with poser as a start it is much easier to get a finished photo-real painting. if you had started with a portrait out of a magazine, if u had freehanded or worked from this picture in from an enlarger. the picture still would technically have been a reproduction of somebody elses work but by using poser it becomes her creation in total. if she had used her own photo, ot would have been hers but then a lot of the quality of the final painting would have depended on her skills as a photographer and the quality of her phot equipment.

You paste the original photo in the third step, the photo is under the noise, and the noise has little mods too. And the last step is the original photo with some paint effects. I cant understand why you try to confuse people.. You are a good artist.. you dont need to lie.

"Oh well Vali, its not like I didn't try... I guess I should broadcast my desktop next time I make an image and maybe then ppl will begin to understand that these are my images indeed and not some photos with lots of Photoshop postwork... " Well, I suppose a high definition image would help us a lot to believe. Once again, I wonder why the rest of your gallery isn't like this ones... it's just strange the only pictures you make so well have been "inspired" by photographs (well, EXACTLY like the original photos...) while the others are just common renders with a good post-pro. I will never understand why people do this kind of things.

If you want so bad to believe buy my tutorial and you will see how I make my images, not that it matters to me in any way what you think about my work :) Have a great life :)
