Description

Apophysis2>uploaded to electricsheep.org screensaver project>PSP7 construction and optimization plus a slight shot of saturation. Helen (locomouse) requested that I blow up this flame but it seemed lonely so I put together this collection of stills that I captured when I posted it as a sheep last week. Finally it came home last night and it is a wild and woolly one! So here are 12 of the 128 stills that comprise this animation. Thanks you so much for the feedback on the flame mapping project...have more just need the time to render them larger for posting. I'm out the door to VOTE today and if you are in the U.S. PLEASE VOTE! Thanks, Chris

Great image, i like to see those little mutations from flame to flame. And it's nice you kept the same gradient on the whole image.

Math is so great...it can mimic reality...toung in cheek....these beautiful pieces remind me of my great aunts work...only she did it with fine string and a "thingy". Wonderful work here Chris, and not easy to obtain, create and present...I so do admire your stuffs! Each has a light of its own casting shawdows in very different, unique and interesting ways...Salute! (=
