Yeesh. This one took a -while-.
Done using the wonderful black and white photo "Choctaw Boy" by the talented M_Moraitis as my reference and used with her kind permission :)

Tossed back and forth between Painter 8 (oils and chalks) and Photoshop for color adjustments and cleanups.
