Description

My "new" Casio Exilim EX-Z40 has now taken over 3000 pictues, and once in a while I get REALLY lucky. This picture was taken from a commuter boat on the Chicago river going from the Northwestern commuter Train Station to Michigan Avenue. As I passed under the bridge just before "work" (my building), I thought "I wonder if I can take a picture of the bridge latticework". So I blindly pointed my camera straight up, while I looked ahead at the river, guessed at the right time, and snapped. To my amazement I had one of the Marina Towers (historical in that they "opened up the river as a good thing") in view. Just a lucky shot.
