Description

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I took this shot today through the span of the Gateshead Millennium Bridge. To the left is the Baltic Centre, a stunning conversion of a 1950's flour mill, which now provides the biggest temporary art space in Europe. Alongside on Gateshead Quays is a new development of apartments, which command magnificent views across the Millennium Bridge, and along the River Tyne. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Thanks for looking and for any comments, which I really appreciate. Wonderful shot,wonderful reflection & colors. I never been in Gateshead but the name of this place is in my ears from many years. I always associated Gateshead with the wonderful Police live concert in 7/31/1982 :)
