Description

Ok, so based on feedback I got on the first version of this image, I've made a few changes. I don't have Poser here at work, so I've gone back in and done a bit of postwork. I've added some wrinkles where girl's hand meets her sleeve and removed her thumb to give her hand more of a grasping look. I also realized that while the depth-of-focus effect worked on the background, I needed to extend it to the girls, which I've now done. Thoughts? Comments?

Beautiful work. I didnt see the first one but the depth looks good here.

Great concept and execution, the bottom of the frame is a little tight perhaps, hard to tell what's with the hands, and that may distract. Way above the usual poser post tho - well done.

I hadn't expected so quick a turnround - the first was excellent, but this one is better. If I had to nitpick, and I don't, :) I'd say that the depth of field need not apply to the girls at all, unless the 'lens' is supposed to be very far open; but by doing so you've directed the viewer's attention to the left hand one, who seems to be everyone's favourite, so that's ok.

True, I could have gone without the extra DOF here, but I like the way it brings out the second girl. It seems to reinforce the feeling I had originally that she's only half-listening to what her friend is saying.

Agree with EnglishBob and yes this is great work. There is something mesmerising about her expression.
