Description

We spend a lifetime seeking the path we cannot see Sometimes finding ourselves on a winding road to nowhere We are driven to love and feel passion Yet those we most love may turn their backs We seek to know all things Yet we know nothing of ourselves or each other Why should I seek if I can never find? Why should I love if I can never really be loved Why should I have knowledge if I am unable to apply it? Why was I given these feelings, if they confuse and cause pain? In the theater of my soul, there is only one perfomer, one performance, and one critic. Here, there are no costumes or makeup. Here, the actor can only speak the truth, for the critic sees all- each mistake, each misstep is forever played out again and again- until the final curtain. Terragen, Poser for figure. Some adjustments and effects in PS. Thanks, and leave a comment if you'd like

I seldom go to other galleries than 2D, have not time, but I am glad I had a reason to do it this time. Your image instantly attracted my attention, that little figure in the vast landscape, lit by sunrays, walked right into my heart. So I read your poem and the love for it grew even stronger. Awesome composition and thoughts that remain in my mind!!!

I saw the light coming through Colorado National Monument one day, which is "similiar" landscape. I wish I'd been closer and had a camera. I really liked this image, it reminded me of that day.
