Made in UF. Euler 2 Julia set (by Marcello Aneli) and Doodads. Maybe for this year's X-mascard?

There is a lot going on in this image. The impression of holes where you can look through and see smaller spirals is very nice. Symmetry is not too strong, the image clearly shows a direction upwards.

This is a lovely and delicate winter scene and has many graceful elements and details that attract the eye and compete for attention. IMHO the image could use a bit more contrast to help provide some clearer focal points; perhaps as simple as increasing the saturation of the lovely blues a little and heightening the degree of shadowing a tad. Still, I think you have an excellent abstract here!
