Description

So, this time I used some radiosity, and added a flanged Mace for Moebius ;-)I was aiming at depicting some old misc. weapons and pieces of armour which haven't been used for long, hence the random rust. I consider this image to be more or less finished now. On the other hand, since I wasn't relly aiming at something, I guess it'll never be finished. Thanks for taking you time to look. Please comment. Chhers! / Tor Total rendering time was 6 h for this image, on a 3.2 Ghz P4 with 1 GB of kickass RAM. Rendered in Lightwave 7.5. SimbiontLW shaders were used for the rusty surfaces, if you haven't checked them out yet, do so!

Dope. Great stuff! My only constructive critique would be the grips on the axe, sword, and dagger could use a little help. If it is leather, maybe a seam showing or some wear would make it fit. Overall, excellent work.

Very, very nice. Hehe, I'm just finding out about those very long radiosity renders. Also, love those darktree shaders. Now, use the simbiont to add a nice old stone floor to have it all sit on, (or maybe a worn wood floor).
