The Sun shines high above. The skys are clear and bright. Another beautiful day on the Desert. The ruins of a ranch house. A spider web covers the door. A tree and a cactus long ago have made the dirt floor of the house their home. You can tell it's been a while since man has been here. The ground is over grown by Sage and Brittle-Brush. The pond is just a wide spot on the creek, but is a pleasant surprise to all, a spot of a different kind of beauty found in a Desert. Indians knew of this "spot" as well as at least one rancher.
