Description

This is a telephoto shot taken from my front varanda when we were still allowed to go into the restricted area. My house is located to the North of the Volcano, and since the prevailing winds are usually from the East, it usually does not get the severe ashing as other areas. Thanks for looking, it is appreciated. Stay healthy, have a great day/night deevee, Joe.

A very beautiful and powerful image of nature's might...It's too bad they cause so much destruction, but I guess that is alot of the allure the public has with them. Thnx for sharing, Joe. Very interesting subject matter not to mention that this was a wonderful shot.

Thanks for your kind comments, a point of clarification. My house is in this location, I now live in the Cayman Islands, these shots were taken on a visit back to the island of Montserrat.
