Description

In deep depression, We build walls, close off the outside world. It becomes just too much to bear. We scream and no one ever hears, The screaming is fading in our brains. We just want to go to sleep and never wake up. Sometimes, we forget to shut all the windows. A look out that window, Brings a hope, A will, To Survive. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I have Genetic Depression and every day is a battle. The Black hole is always with me. The wonderful news is there are some Great Psychiatrist, With wonderful drugs. (For real depression do not go to your family doctor. They do not understand or are not competed to handle this.) This picture is for all of you who suffer from depression. Thank you for looking, and I appreciate all the support the people here have given me.

I'm more of a panic attack/anxiety person but depression is always lurking in the background. Wonderful job of capturing the feeling, the lighting and her expression really tell the story. I hope the light coming in cheers her up a little!

What a moving rendering! I am touched. Did you put the face in the lower "white" part on purpose? It is incredible how that face just stands out to me! Awesome work! Am sorry to hear of your issues but am glad you are getting the correct help for it -- so many people don't. This other face in the rendering is haunting.

I was recently diagnosed with severe depression with panic attacks, and I so know her expression as well as the noose in the background! Excellent render, I too hope that she finds something that helps!!! Peace, Lorie

I suffer from Depression also and have a fine Psychiatrist who sees me every 5 months or so. This picture is so heart rendering as I see myself in this picture so vividly. I have been there, believe me! This is truly very moving!

This image is dangerously depressing. You have successfully created a powerful image without and using any words, communicated the story clearly. Wonderful...

sorry to hear of your depression. I know how hard it is to deal with such an illness, not only from your pov but also the families. My stepson is bipolar and we deal with the ups and downs of his mood. Know that I will keep you in my thoughts. :) take care, oh yeah. Great image. One of my first poser pictures ever was the shadow of a woman hanging from a ceiling fan. You have dealt with the emotions in this image very well.

Hauntingly well done image. So glad you are getting some help and hopefully, some much deserved relief. So sad that many don't seek help, and even sadder, imho, that many cannot even think of affording such treatments. We spend Billions on all sorts of things. How about 'people'? Just a dumb thought from an old geezer. PEACE to you dear soul.
