Description

[fractal created in MBF 2.5; the rest as usual] As Sam walked his dog on the country road close by his home that dark and crisp November night, he did not notice the stealthy approach of the darkened craft of unfamiliar design from the skies to the South of him. Instead he was fixed on watching Suze snuffle her way through the rich and musty perfume of the leaf litter, seeking the perfect spot to make her nightly offering. No sound or light accompanied the sudden disappearance of Sam, nor disrupted Suze from her nightly task. Sam simply vanished between one beat of his heart and the next. One moment Sam was watching his dog make her preparations, the next he was laying prone on a cold metal table and looking up into the face of a multi-colored creature looming over him. The creature had more eyes than an audience at an NBA playoff game and all those eyes were focused on him. Sam felt himself shivering all over and wondered in his head

beautiful image - there are so many sets of eyes - and the expression is almost expressionless, and yet expressing a sense of needing to know!

Seems lkike most people act like they've been probed and somehow the probe seems to still be in there! Great story, if the ship had been small enough if could have done all the probing it wanted to and Sam wouldn't even have known it. Great fractal too, looks like the muscles are starting to relax a little while the brain is still on high alert!
