Description

Happy birthday, Sheila! You like vista's and since we're leaving the Hohgant now I dedicate the last shot of this hike to you! It's a perfect place to enjoy this mountain-landscape that never ceases to fascinate me and you can take your paraglider, take an run and there you go! Wheeeeeeee!

Happy birthday, Sheila!

I hope you've all enjoyed this little fatuiging hike! We go down via the eastern track and through the valley we'll find the car back soon while this landscape slowly disappears when we lose altitude.

An alpine meadow is a wonderful place to keep the secret of our visit to the heights. I for one will leave no trace of my visit. The mountains keep a friendly host.

Inspiring vista, Jan-Carel. A wee bit like a scene in one of the Lord of the Ring films, I think. Shame we cannot pan around to see it all, backed by some rolling music from the Halle Orchestra or similar. Reality limits us and teases us at the same time.
