Description

Well, those plucky Robinson's narrowly escaped yet another planetary disaster- and are still alternately looking for Alpha Centauri or a way back to Earth. This space family's chocked full of pioneer determination, and a forgiving and crash-worthy Jupiter II. I guess I pulled all the wrenches out of the toolbox for this one: Apophysis 2 for the nebula, Glitterato for the starfield, Terragen for the planet, Bryce for the Jupiter II, and Photo Shop to put it all together and some strange postwork to boot. I hope it tickles ya, and leave a comment if you like.

I agree with bobca44. The ship doesn't have the detail that the rest of image has. It looks a bit out of place. But, I love the rest of it. Your lightning is about the best I've seen and the image itself shows a lot of imagination. Well done!

The ship is a little pristine, but after all, The Robinsons always got away without a scratch, didn't they? That robot NEVER aged or showed damange. lol. This is an awesome composition. You had to put in alot of work to get this! I am very impressed with the compostion and use of different media. Really imaginative.

This is excellent work. I am familiar with all but Glitterato, and I think this is a very nice melange of all elements.
