This is the Buddhapadipa Temple in south London. It is a Buddhist monastery, known as the Thai Temple in London, inaugurated in 1982, and run by missionary monks.
This little gem, with it's exquisite interior, is tucked away in approximately 4 acres of grounds in the exclusive suburb of Wimbledon.
The reflections of the building, trees and shrubs in the ornamental lake and the December sunlight glinting on the mirrored ornamentation on the temple guarantee a mystical and magical experience.
