Description

Hi all! The dragon is modeled with over 700 metaballs and one sphere. It took a while. :) As you can probably tell, it was pretty heavily inspired by WETA's rendition of the fell beasts from The Lord of the Rings. All of the textures are derived from photographs - most of which are available at mayang.com. I'm still working on this image - considering putting some kind of background to help fill the frame - but I didn't want to wait any longer to post it. :p Cheers! - Michael Shur www.shur-design.com
