Description

For some reason, I got to reminiscing about the Doc Savage books I used to read when I was somewhat younger than I am now. Although Doc surrounded himself with some of the oddest partners known to literature (and was himself a bit of an oddity, to be frank), I did enjoy the stories, and the "Man of Bronze" was certainly an admirable character in motivation and deed. Here, then, is my version of the noble Dr. Clark Savage Jr. and his cousin Patricia ("Pat") Clark. Enjoy! Im glad someone else loves the Savages. They are really a forgotten part of Pop cultures. There were internet rumors about Arnold playing the Doc, but not now . . . It is a great composition, but more importantly, you capture the rugged adventure of Clark and Pat.

Been a while since I heard of Doc Savage and didn't follow the series...but y'know,this is exactly how I picture him in my mind so I have to say you did a remarkable job on this one!!!

I read a whole lot of doc's when I was younger (weren't we all younger?), and I'm damn glad that Arnold didn't get to do Doc. I have a copy somewhere at home of the Ron Ely version which your Doc bears a good resemblance to. Good on ya!
