Description

A great and sunny day for a hike in the Glencoe! Now you can see another view of the yesterday posting of Aonach Eagach, here a little further to the left. On the right remember the different colored grey ridges. It was a pity, that I couldn't capture all the beauty together on one photography! At first thanks to Anthony for his helpful comment! Anthony, is it the Am Bodach here or Meall Dearg? Be glad about all of your comments! Thanks a lot!

Your pictures have a timeless feel to them Rita, lovely stuff. The gully on the left is called "The Clachaig Gully" you can see a "path" zig-zagging up the left hand side of it. This path is treacherous and very eroded and exposed, ...not recomended at all as a way up or down, unless your a bit mad. It leads up the the second Munro on the ridge called "Sgorr nam Fiannaidh" (Rocky peak of the Fian Warriors). Meall Dearg is out of sight to the right at the far end of the ridge...just above Am Bodach...phew...have a good weekend!

What vibrant greens and yellows and stunning texture. Very lovely indeed. I am unsure of the height and depth here. Is it a mountain or a hill? Sorry, but just wondering.
