Description

I told you that the area of Glencoe is one of the most beautiful and impressive landscapes of Scotland. The next day I stared the 2nd try for a hike. Aangus aka Anthony made the suggestion to hike onto one of his famous hills, which is located at the Etive Mor. If one person knows all the names of the hills and mountains there, then it is Anthony! My brain is full of holes! LOL What do we see here, Anthony??? On the way to there you will pass such breathtaking scenes like here! But at the best places are no parking places! So I only can show you some impressions where I could park the car. ;o( Thanks for all the wonderful comments and infos in the past and future! *wink*

I agree with the words "beautiful and impressive" you've used to describe this landscape. I would add "gorgeous, fantastic"... And I am serious. I really love what you do.

Fantastic capture! I've never seen two different surfaces together as this one is. I, at first, thought it to be a Terragen landscape. You must have a love affair with your camera. It's superb! VOTE

This is a lovely shot. I might be thought of as strange, but that shadow on the right middle almost looked like a big fuzzy head. Sorry but that is what it looked like. That also would have been cool. It is a very lovely image and beautiful area.

What we see here Rita is the infamouse "Aonach Eagach" ridge. (The notched ridge). It runs along the north side of the glen and is one of the most challenging walks in the country. I got up to the top on the right (Am Bodach) twice this year but did'nt risk doing the ridge because of the weather. This is a wonderful shot of the crazy pinnacles in the middle of the ridge, no doubt the scariest part of the walk as you must keep to the crest. It looks like the weather is fine that day, well done, Best regards Anthony.

Another great shot. I'm assuming the change of color in the mountain is caused by the angle of the sun or is it a pov thing? Beautiful regardless.
