Metamorphoses of the Moon

This is a work of 8.5 hours of painting in Photoshop 7. Only the girl and her perch were done in Poser. The wings are all individual painted feathers they alone took me 3.5 hours.
This ones personal.
Never keep a winged creature from flying.

i really just love her face, theres something about it that keeps me looking... stripping anything of its freedoms on any level can only lead to damage because i believe it is a thing, a hungry thing, born from a damaged place to begin with [of course, whether that is a thing one who possesses such a desire might be able to see & admit to is always questionable]
