I think that we all are being vaporized into oblivion, not just the cartoon characters. No one really believes in our existence either, we are temporary at best. Great looking work, I really like the colors and the movement, even though it seems a little violent to me. Excellent fractal!

The blackness of oblivion sucking the vibrance, form and substance from a conceptual existence: this is quite a dynamic, violent and provocative abstract, Helen. Superb contrast between the darkness of oblivion and the colorful vitality of life. I don't happen to share the dark existential notion of self-vaporization, nor do I believe that no one really believes in our exiastence. If the latter were the case, we'd be very foolish to be sending these messages back and forth. But I do believe (and think your abstract captures it with excellence) that if we allow ourselves to loose belief, permit our memories and senses to fade, we can loose ourselves and others - just as with your cartoon characters. I see it as a matter of the difference between being a hapless and helpless victim accidentally sucked into oblivion (or dragged by malevolent force) vs. a choice to release that we ourselves make, and I choose the latter view. Outstanding and provocative work! VOTE
