Description

More results of my ultrafractal obsession! :) This one took a long time to do & I went through lots of tries that I got rid of before it started to come out right. (7 layers, 5 coloring alogorithms, 4 gradients & about 8 hours total work) I guess my beginner's luck is wearing thin! LOL To me, it's like looking out a frost-covered window into a dark snowstorm... What do you see? Thanks for looking...

Beeeyootiful, a very chilly scene. It kind of looks like an iced over pond with tiny life forms frozen for the winter. Niiice!

Superbly cold colors and frosty forms, Donna. I think you've captured exactly what you said you were after: frost and snow on a glass window. Wonderful details and coloring; the layering effect from the blues gives that very real halo effect you see when looking out from the inside where moisture from the air has condensed and not yet frozen, creating lovely little refractive/reflective rainbow effects. Excellent art!

Just beautiful, before reading your description I was peering through the hole on a frozen lake, but easily it transforms to a frosted window. Bravo!!
