Description

This picture of a rack of dresses is from a vendor's booth that was at the Oly Hemp Fest I attended this last August. I learned how to make the border/frame w/PSP8 from the following tutorial: http://moonsdesigns.com/tutorials/psp8/colormask.htm -Thanks for looking, -Peace :-) p.s. And no, I didn't buy one... I too get Mine from the Goodwill Store.....but....only Floral Frocks ...to match My Tattoo's....I would look silly in anything too Plain....nice Border!
