Photo taking from a moving vehicle. Post Filtering: Post processing took place in Photoshop CS. This was done using three layers. 1) The original photo on the bottom layer. 2)Layer 2 just above original is a heavily blurred copy of the original however set at a blend mode of "Screen" 3)Layer 3 (top layer) is also a heavily blurred copy of the original however set at a blend mode of "Hard Light". Opacity of two new adjuxtment layers were then made. If you have more please feel free to ask 4thorder@4thorder.us
