Description

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I hope everyone enjoyed a peaceful, joyful and happy Christmas. Unfortunately, the world we live in has presented some countries with terrifying freaks of nature and disastrous weather conditions; my thoughts go out to all those who are affected. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The fourth image from my Bruges series shows more glowing architectural reflections. Notice the low doorways and hatches at water level, probably used for the easy transportation and unloading of supplies. In the distance, above the moored redundant sightseeing boats, an artist has set up his easel and attracted a crowd of onlookers! This area will be the subject of my next upload. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Thanks for looking and any comments which I really appreciate. Those of you who voted for my last upload "Still Waters Run Deep" made my Boxing Day, thanks again as it reached Number One in the Photography Hot 20! ~Gordon~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I've been glad to see your name in highest position of the top 20 for 2 reasons: The picture really deserved it and it becomes a bit boring to see always the same names in this list. I just hope you'll be there a couple of times again. (with this picture, for example..., a true master piece)
Personally, I want the room in the top of the brick tower! Nestle down with my massive library, scrolls and pens...sigh...heaven! Can't wait for your next pic!
