Description

The megre sun looks like it just manages to get above the horizon by 12 O'clock today. Looking south from Turnhouse Hill. The Pentlands Edinburgh My first venture into this part of the country. The walk was fairly easy but the blizzards and gales added a bit of em...interest. ~@~

he he aangus the Pentlands are my stomping ground, unfortunately I have been unable to get there this week "too much work and not enough play" maybe our paths will cross some day! Yep it is a typical high noon Pentland day, excellent shot and mood, ironic we both posted the Pentlands today lol

Thank you for posting an image that my grandmother so often descibed to me.... she came cross the pond as a young woman never to return to Scotland but told wonderful, descriptive tales!
