Description

Hello everybody ! In a few moment, we'll be in 2005. So happy new year everybody ! My last 2004 creation to have a realistic render with Vue (sigh !). Ok, that's not the last beautiful car existing, but it's a pretty cool toy ;) You have the same model (BMW M3) but for the second renders, I have modified the textures. There are 4 or 6 views for each BMW M3 textured. Some views better reflect the sense of reality :). Little thing: I put the perfum bottle (from my last render). I love this bottle :D. So I want to know if the grey-M3 is less realist than the red one. N.B : I didn't soften the lights (too long render in this case !) 3D Model Car by Niilo Kokko, converted by DMI Perfum bottle by bazze (http://www.colacola.se) Render in Vue4. No postwork

I will say that the gray-M3 looks better than the red one. Great work.

You are doing much better. Of course, a better model helps. I agree the gray one looks better and yes, your perfume bottle is a very fun piece. If you want to get even closer to reality, check out some of the galleries for the high-end programs like Lighwave and Maya. There are some truly top notch realists there that Vue is still trying to catch up to, although I think with Vue 5, we now have the power to come very close to thier work. Oh, And Happy New Year :-).

That's true, Vue5 is closer and closer to the other 3D softs. So, I should keep the grey texture of the car and improve the others (helping me with the modified textures of the red BMW) ?
