Made with Cinema 4D R9. Rendertime: 15 minutes.
Modelingtime: 3 days. My own opinion is that the caustics are a bit too much.

I agree with you on the caustics. Though it sure looks pretty! what the heck! :) Looks like the crystal has some kind of self illumination. nice work!

In a time long ago and far away, I was middle mgmt. for one of the largest jewelers in America. This is amazing work. The focus is exactly as it should be; the stones, and they are the amazing part.
