Description

Just having some fun... This is the Other Side of the signal tower. Looks as if it's done duty as a rest area, storage shed, and other non-switch stuff. Now it's a billboard holder for what may be a safety program notice and a venue for graffiti 'artists.' Usual enhancement, a little bit of fun with the frame/background, and some play with the vignette tool... erasing parts of the remaining outline produces interesting results. The trailer on the right is on a train heading to the right. It was a long consist with piggyback trailers heading off to whereever. For the really curious readers, here is a 'feature' I had not noticed. There is a definite pattern to the brickwork in this building. Download a copy of the previous (following) posting and shrink it. You will see the brick pattern disappear and be replaced by a diagonal red/white pattern much like the broad stripes associated with old-fashioned border kiosks. Doing the same with this image produces an effect of V's. Enjoy; thanks for viewing.
