Zanjie ------ Created: May 2004 Created with: - POSER 4.03 (character image and gun rendered in) - Photoshop (postwork to create background) Character image is as-is from being rendered in POSER. ============================== About: ------ Zanjie = "ZOT's Angie" ....because she reminds me a little of Angelina Jolie. ;-) This is a tight crop and closeup render of a larger image I was working on but didn't like the final version(s), so I created this new and (IMHO) better image from that. - I also added in background details by creating them in Photoshop. Designed purely as a nice desktop image but I've added in details into the background text that I expect only I know about since most of them are obscured, but they tell a little of Zanjie's current status and past operations. ;-) The base character is Vicky 2 and you can see some of the limitations on using her in very closeup renders like this but I don't bother with shaving off polygonal angles in any of my work because I like to get away with what I can. - Besides, I like "mechanime" which is a 'movie' kind of artform which uses game engine graphics to tell stories, often with lower rez figures.
