I respect, obey, and reagard all laws in my local area, as well as Federal guidelines. It's funny, because after visiting Eastern Europe recently, my opinion of the U.S. laws has dwindled down to common sense prevention responsible on the citizen's part of realization. In Europe, it's fine to bathe topless, to have dogs without leashes on the beach, to drink and smoke wherever you want if nobody minds. The drinking tolerence level for drivers in Romania and many Eastern EU countries is .00%, yet they have superb means to transport millions of people per day for low cost. Try that in California. I love your comments, I am very happy to read them and always respect the laws and peace officers. That job is not something I aspire, but respect. Without law, there is no order; without order, there is chaos. Just seems that the U.S. has so much to learn from other countries. Swedish police don't even carry guns, and their crime rate is too low to report. I never had to worry about my life on the street in Bucharest at 3am, but in NYC or LA? Ha! This country has some problems, and perhaps we should initiate a 'trade your bills in for guns' program so that everyone can just shoot at things they disagree with. It's getting that way in this country, and I'd rather move than to see it continue on this way. Here in San Diego, people cannot drink in any shape or form on the beach now. Why? Ignorant idiots ruin every opportunity for everyone in drunken 'Over-The-Line' tournaments; punching and yelling at innocent bystanders, raping, pillaging the land, only to flex their muscles in victory. Actually, I'm getting tired of America completely. I wish I had the pep talks your force gives you, because I almost give up on these stupid common sense problems that should be inherent in people's minds. But we are too busy being selfish, distracted, stupid, and likewise; competely spoiled. America is great until you visit another country that really has it under control, then you come home to sh*t again. All I can say is, obey the rules, respect everyone, and live happily and smart. Most Americans abide to at least one of these aspects, so we are not a complete writeoff. Thanks for your article, and hopefully I'm not under arrest for my opinion. V

I would have gotten kick out the first day for not learning nothing. Just reading what you have to learn make my head spend around and around
