Very nice work! The design of the house is very attractive, and the textures are pretty good for this type of design. A little more groundwork and, perhaps, a second light source to illuminate the back of the model (and soften the severity of the shadows) would help add some warmth. The pool is very nice, but some tile or stone textures on the deck would enhance the realism (perhaps a white sandstone?). I'm probably just being picky -- this is a VERY nice job: Bravo!

I like the idea, but the building itself seems a bit small. Only thing I'd add is a bit more landscaping
