Description

As requested, I would like to share a closer view of the carvings that adorn the front panels of the structure in the complex of Wat Xieng Thong in Luang Prabang, Laos PDR. Nothing fancy here. I just held my breath, hoped there wouldn't be too much perspective distortion and pressed down on the button. Thank you very much for taking the time to view.

Wonderful detailed carvings. On the left, two of the warriors have their bows and arrows pointing upward, however only one on the right does. There's definitively meaning behind these wonderful carvings.

Nice one Moe, this and the last photo are very interesting, I've loved eastern architecture since my martial arts days and its cool to see the pics you take of places you dont alays see in books over here in the west. Thanks for sharing and hope to see more.
